We recognise that volunteers contribute to the success of Milen Day Centre and we are always looking for new volunteers to help in various capacities.
Our volunteers help us for a variety of reasons - some join us as they wish to learn something new, they may want to share their skills, fill free time, gain experience for paid employment, feel they are "giving something back" or simply want to support Milen Day Centre a local community organisation.
Whatever their reasons we are grateful to them for helping us.In return we aim to support our volunteers by providing a policy, which includes induction, training, expenses and support sessions. We offer a friendly environment and hope to make volunteering worthwhile and fun.
